Hi i have a 95 honda accord, which i just replaced the abs unit i bleed all of the brakes, but the light still comes after a min or so. Nothng comes out of the bleeder value on the abs unit is this the problem?? Also the code I'm getting is code 1 ( pump overrun)

 

sounds like the pump is bad on the unit you installed

 

sound i replace the whole unit or buy a brand new pump this is the second unit i have replaced!!

 

the brand new one is very expensive. try a used one.

 

Did you bleed the abs unit?

 

i tried bleeding the unit nothing would come out?

 

Do you have a manual on how to fill and bleed the abs unit?

 

fill the abs resivor until max level. place a hose over the nipple on the abs pump put hose in a clean clear bottle partially full of fresh brake fluid. have a helper start the car. when the abs pump starts to run loosen the bleeder valve under the nipple with a flare nut wrench. when i did mine some nasty stuff came out. close valve. refill resivor and repeat as many times as nessecary. it worked for mine
