Oil pressure switch grounded correctly? Is vtec enabled in the computer? Have plenty of oil? how do you know it's not engaging? It shouldn't feel like it's kicking in, it should just sound a little louder.
will you help?? lol
already swapped from my buddys car works fine, and yes the screen was clean as a whistle!
harness is stock with NO check engine lights.
ecu can be swapped to my buddys car and visa versa, still is the same.
i know its not engaging when there is lack of exhaust note change, lack of power in the upper end rpms and i can unplug the vtec solenoid and it runs the same with it unplugged.
i am returning the motor to the person i bought it from and getting the full refund. tired of messing with it!

when i manually give the vtec solenoid 12v (from a wire directly to the battery)
the oil pressure gauge doesnt even move, yet i still have 80 psi!
wont matter, i have that disabled via crome
it is a stock harness, and it is the correct gsr harness
