Default So am I right about Teins?

I've heard that I'd need itr lcas to get HAs for my civic hatch, and I haven't seen HAs offered for EH2s. This leads me to believe that they dont make HAs for USDM 92-95 civics, only for JDM ones. And in order to get them to fit I need itr lcas or get them for a 96-00 civic. Is this correct?

The Tein Type SS's will fit on GenV Civic's and GenIII Integra's without swapping the rear LCA's.

Any other Tein model above the SS's requires the use of the ITR rear LCA's.

96-00 Civic's use a slightly different rear suspension that is incompatible with the GenV Civic's and GenIII Integra's. The shock bushing collars are longer, as well as teh rear LCA's being longer. Tein makes EK-specific coilovers in all the different models, from SS to RS and Flex (I think).

No, you don't. Tein makes 96-00 Civic-specific Type HA's. Talk to vtecvoodoo for a set.

Tein has already started phasing out the HA's, so they either no longer sell them or are getting rid of their inventory. You can still buy them through any distributor or authorized dealer while supplies last.

Well, for one.....you can't install 96-00 Civic rear LCA's on GenV Civic's, much less the Tein Type HA's for 96-00 Civic's.

If you want Type HA's, you have to buy the Tein Type HA's for DC2R's AND the ITR rear LCA's.

Note to self: I knew it'd be easier just asking what car they were going on.

No, the ITR and EK LCA's are different, so a set of HA's for an EK will not fit unless you have EK LCA's.

EK shock bushings....providing that they'll even squeeze into the rear LCA's.

You can use the Ek shocks on an EG. Just shave down the bushing. The EK has a narrower bushing that it mounts to. It can be made to fit.
