We started this last february, got it done and tuned before import vs. domestic 2010 but dropped a valve and had to rebuild it before getting a good pass. Head is B16 with skunk2 pro1 cams, RLZ valvesprings and ti retainers. All of the work is being done by myself and friends, in my garage (including the final bodywork and paint, welding in the cage, wiring and all). These pics are just starters:
The car as it looked the last time i ran it... 11.5@117 with a bone stock LS on 15psi with a xenocron basemap.

The process of building the frontmount manifold, using my friends ITR swap as a mounting spot, thats why the header is in the bottom of the pic.
intercooler and turbo mocked up:

first runner tacked, and so on:

engine bay stripped, wire tuck started and shaving the bay also

just figured i would share what can be done with some knowledge and help from friends.

well, after almost 2 weeks of not working on it at all, due to having a baby and him being in the NICU, finally got a day off and time to do some work, here's the progress
roof swap
RS roof skin, removed from the roof base

about to wire wheel the seam sealer so we can see the spot welds

drilling out the spot welds

GSR sun roof panel removed

RS roof skin set in place, will weld on after i do the cage

removing sound deadening material from the floor for the base plates for the cage

and my door specialist, swapping wiring and power door latch

it has been 10.31@144mph, just need to figure out how to get it to hook in the 1/8 and it should go 9's easy... debating on the switch to E85 and actually drive it on the street

I didn't do a 10pt because of money at the time, but now I wish I would have. I honestly thought it would take longer to get the car as quick as it is also. It weighs 2435lbs w me in it and still has working heat and full interior.
Hey Chris, you need to figure out if you can adjust timing based on gear with S300. I think that would help you on the short track now that you have the boost by gear figured out.
Great car. Garage built on a budget and all done by him!
