Ok so I live in chicago and have no choice other than parking my ep3 on the street. I was leaving for work a few days ago and found that some idiot had backed their tow hitch right into my bumper and then drove away Is there any way I can fix the scratches myself? Should I take it to a shop? Will I have to repaint the whole bumper?

 

that bumper needs to be repainted... your scratches aren't surface scratches but deep ones

 

damn!!! hit and run a-holes!!!! It's gotta be repainted....unless you get a can of spray paint that is the exact match for a temp spot fix instead. If your deductible is really low, like $250 or less....get it repainted.
