Replacement exhaust help!
Hello kind Honda owners.
ok so im trying to do a bit of research before I replace my friends exhaust on her 95 Accord Lx. I am inclined to do the work and I have replaced my own exhaust on my mk3 GTi
the old one is rusted out and the rear part fell out. I told her id take a look at it and the saw the whole thing is rusted out from the cat. so we need an OE replacement.... no problem..
Im on Auto Parts Warehouse trying to get an exhaust system. Ive narrowed it down to the two assemblies i need, the front and the back.
here are the part #s
REPH961136
REPH961138
I noticed the fit note on the rear muffler says coupe, the car is a 4 door though.
does that matter? the other mufflers that came up have the same fit note.
any help is much appreciated thanks!!

well the top part # is the rear part of the exhaust. muffler and piping
the bottom # is from the first cat to the rear part. piping, resonator, curved pipe and a flange for the rear connection.
thanks for the help again but i just want to be sure that i only need these two main pieces and they are the correct parts.
i just dont want to order the parts and find out they are too short or arent bent the right way.

well i mean they are OE so why wouldnt they fit?
they are just factory so i think the price of each part is pretty reasonable.
as far as quality goes this is a "direct replacement" ?
has anyone here purchased these parts as a stock replacement?
i dont even want to bring up the $120 complete evilbay kit i seen with the 4" muffler.
like i said.. i just dont want her to order these parts and something is not bent right or too short. it can be a big hassle so thats why im asking you guys..
ive searched the forum a bit but i cant find anything that pertains to a factory replacement exhaust.
the car is a 95 accord LX 4 door 4 cyl. AT.
more help is appreciated.

What you can normally do is check www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and see if the part numbers for the 2 door and 4 door cars are the same to see if you interchange them.

OK heres what happened. The main pipe from the Cat converter back was about 7" too long, but the back exhaust part fit perfectly with the hangers. I had to cut like 6" off of the main pipe and weld it back to the flange. Jokes on me I guess for no help but its as good as new now. Respect to holmes and thank you for everyone else that viewed and contributed..
