97 civic - injectors not firing, fuel pump not priming, and plugs not sparking
My car is not getting a good spark and the injectors arent turning on with the igniton "ON", now also the fuel pump isnt turning on aswell
The main relay is working
The ECU working
My last bet is the engine wire harness but I wonder if it got anything else it could possibly be
Trying to find the problem of my civic.
-Fuel Pump not priming
-check engine light not coming on
-main relay only clicks once (ON(II))
-radiator fan not turning on( i had it jumped so its constantly on when in ON(II))
-dash warning lights dont illuminate when the key is turned to ON(II)
the main relay is good(tested it in my other civic and works fine)
The ecu is good( i have 3 different ecus including a s300 and all work in my other civic)
I double check and re-tighten my grounds( the one on the thermostat is supper tight)
Fuses 13 44 &31 are good
Im open to suggestions
thanks in advance

Did you put a node tester on your injectors to see fi they're lighting up or are you just assuming they aren't being commanded on?
As for the fuel pump; check your grounds and main relay.

In the FAQs sticky at the top, you can find the fuse diagrams for 96-00 Civics.
To avoid missing a blown fuse, use a test light or multimeter for testing the installed fuses - see Fuses link in my signature.

Did you test the fuses as I mentioned?
Unplug the main relay and use a jumper wire to short terminals 5 (with key in ON(II)) or 7 to terminal 4 in the main relay. Does the fuel pump run with both tests?

Did you just install the motor? Check the harness. The signal wires are the red, blue, green(?) and yellow wires in the 4 wire plug on the passenger side. The yellow wires from the injectors go to the dead end plug on the driver's side and then that runs back to the passenger side.
Make sure all of your grounds are good and your battery is fully charged.

Title corrected to list all the problems. Again, did you test the installed fuses for voltage?? If so, what did you find?
all fuses were in good condition>>> do you think it might be an ignition switch problem
Because you didn't test the fuses as I suggested, you failed to recognize that fuse 13 is blown. Get a multimeter or least a test light.
JUS TESTED IT AGAIN AND 13FUSE IS GOOD DEFINITIVELY NOT BLOWN (TESTED WIT TEST LIGHT
Turn off the caps lock button.
How did you test it and what were the results? Do you get the same test results with fuse 44?

i tested it with the test light for connectivity and also visual inspect fuses 44 and 13
jus finished testing fuse 13. voltaGE is 11.6v and the chedcked the voltage on the battery is 11.8v. lost a lil bit of power since i had the key on all last night(will recharge at work)
