97 civic - injectors not firing, fuel pump not priming, and plugs not sparking

My car is not getting a good spark and the injectors arent turning on with the igniton "ON", now also the fuel pump isnt turning on aswell

The main relay is working
The ECU working
My last bet is the engine wire harness but I wonder if it got anything else it could possibly be

Trying to find the problem of my civic.
-Fuel Pump not priming
-check engine light not coming on
-main relay only clicks once (ON(II))
-radiator fan not turning on( i had it jumped so its constantly on when in ON(II))
-dash warning lights dont illuminate when the key is turned to ON(II)

the main relay is good(tested it in my other civic and works fine)
The ecu is good( i have 3 different ecus including a s300 and all work in my other civic)
I double check and re-tighten my grounds( the one on the thermostat is supper tight)
Fuses 13 44 &31 are good
Im open to suggestions
thanks in advance

Re: What can make a 97 civic not have the injectors firing

Did you put a node tester on your injectors to see fi they're lighting up or are you just assuming they aren't being commanded on?

As for the fuel pump; check your grounds and main relay.

Re: What can make a 97 civic not have the injectors firing

Is the G101 ground on the thermostat housing clean and tight?

Is fuse 44 or 13 blown?

Re: What can make a 97 civic not have the injectors firing

its grounded on the thermostat proper.
Dumb Question: where is fuse 44

Re: What can make a 97 civic not have the injectors firing

In the FAQs sticky at the top, you can find the fuse diagrams for 96-00 Civics.

To avoid missing a blown fuse, use a test light or multimeter for testing the installed fuses - see Fuses link in my signature.

I checked an all the fuses are good...
I beleive its the main relay but i here it clicking

Re: What can make a 97 civic not have the injectors firing

Did you test the fuses as I mentioned?

Unplug the main relay and use a jumper wire to short terminals 5 (with key in ON(II)) or 7 to terminal 4 in the main relay. Does the fuel pump run with both tests?

Re: What can make a 97 civic not have the injectors firing

Did you just install the motor? Check the harness. The signal wires are the red, blue, green(?) and yellow wires in the 4 wire plug on the passenger side. The yellow wires from the injectors go to the dead end plug on the driver's side and then that runs back to the passenger side.

Make sure all of your grounds are good and your battery is fully charged.

everything is charged properly... injectors are getting 12 volts

Title corrected to list all the problems. Again, did you test the installed fuses for voltage?? If so, what did you find?

Re: 97 civic - injectors not firing, fuel pump not priming, and plugs not sparking

all fuses were in good condition>>> do you think it might be an ignition switch problem

Re: 97 civic - injectors not firing, fuel pump not priming, and plugs not sparking

Can't help you if you refuse to do basic tests and to post the results.

DID THE TEST AND THE FUEL PUMP TURNED ON!
JUMPED 4 AND 7

Re: What can make a 97 civic not have the injectors firing

You need to do all of the tests.

JUMPED 5 TO 4 WIT THE KEY ON 2 AND NOTHING

Re: 97 civic - injectors not firing, fuel pump not priming, and plugs not sparking

Because you didn't test the fuses as I suggested, you failed to recognize that fuse 13 is blown. Get a multimeter or least a test light.

Re: 97 civic - injectors not firing, fuel pump not priming, and plugs not sparking

JUS TESTED IT AGAIN AND 13FUSE IS GOOD DEFINITIVELY NOT BLOWN (TESTED WIT TEST LIGHT

Re: 97 civic - injectors not firing, fuel pump not priming, and plugs not sparking

Turn off the caps lock button.

How did you test it and what were the results? Do you get the same test results with fuse 44?

It's a very slow tedious process when you don't answer questions.

i tested it with the test light for connectivity and also visual inspect fuses 44 and 13

the test light lighting up indicating that the fuses are in working order

AGAIN, use a test light or multimeter to test for voltage at installed fuse 13 - see Test Fuses link in my signature.
