My friend just recently purchased a 2002 civic Si (EX in the states) coupe and she is looking to get some winter wheels for the car. Now the car is equipped with a 15 inch mag but she wants to go 14 inch for the winters since she has some older 14 inch winters left from her older car. My question is will a 14 inch wheel clear the brakes?? Thanks

According to Honda's website, all civics use the same size brakes. The SI/EX is the only model with 15" so as long as the 14" wheels have the same clearance as the DX/LX/HX wheels, there shouldn't be a problem.
