Default Wow, Some mutated B series monsters

Does that look like a airplane fuel tank mounted to that motor with a fat mugen sticker across it?

They point out on the TODA site "TODA RACING ENGINES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN JAPAN AND ARE DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONAL RACING VEHICLES ONLY.

THESE ENGINES WILL NOT FIT YOUR STREET CAR."

Well what do they go in then?
wonder if anyone will find a way?

sigh, They are built and sold to real racing teams. The motors with the big intakes on the side are for forumla/open wheel cars.

They say they dont sell them so all the ricers dont email them asking how much they cost. They cost 10-20k plus.

dam look at that oil filter on the mugen tuned motor. talkin bout small.
the blimp lookin tanks are intakes as mentioned previously. they are designed that way becuz in professional racing theres specs. and limitations such as the restrictors on those intakes.

Those are nice, the Oil Pan is kinda weird looking. The Box shape on the end. Strange...

the Oil pans are different than what we are used to seeing because these motors are mounted 90 degrees differently than in civic, integras, etc. That allows them to have the header exiting the side of the vehicle, it does not have to go under the motor, so they can get away with lowering the whole motor assembly a few inches and thus can use shorter oil pans! COOL HUH?!?!?!

Those motors are a race only application, like something that is tuned so on the edge of blowing up that it will need to be checked after each race for worn components. Try living with one of those motors on a street car.... not gonna happen

the shiny silver metal tip/hole on those huge blimp-lookin' air intakes are the actual "restrictors", the specific size of the air inlet is designated by the rules for which class you are racing in.

It's called a dry sump oil system. Allows you to have a very shallow oil pan since there is no oil stored in it. It's basically just there to collect the oil before it's sucked out by the 3 stage pump.
