I have an 1993 Honda Accord se with an automatic transmission. I will like, if possible, to do an engine swap and also switch it to a manual transmission. I will like to know if a prelude type-s H22A 97-01 2.2L DOHC VTEC engine will work on my car? In addition, what all I need (parts) if it is possible to do this?

 

It'll work. Engine will drop in just fine by using a 93-96 Prelude VTEC timing belt side mount and trimming the through bolt hole to make it fit. You'll need to go to the Accord FAQ section and read on it to get a better understanding of whats needed and what not. It's not too hard if you know what you're doing.
