if the DOHC is bigger than the VTEC on the valve cover AND the valve cover is the original one, it is an OBD0 engine. otherwise it is OBD1 or later.
The 92 integra is an OBD1 car so I would assume that it is an obd1 engine just because the conversion down to OBD0 or up to OBD2 is not exactly trivial.
Also you might want to look at the year the engine was made on the head of the engine. I know my GSR motor had the year on it.

Hopefully your engine will say 92, 93, or 94 so that you can be 100% sure what OBD it is. Because there might be some overlap in 1991 where early in the year OBD0 motors may have still been manufactured.
this thread has a more detailed image. This image is from a D-series engine but it applies to the B series engines as well.

other than that, your only option is to check the VIN on the engine as mentioned in post number 5 in that thread.
Hope that helps.

The valve cover has nothing to do with what year/ model it is. All Vtec B series valve cover are interchangeable. Take a picture and ill tell you what it is.
Well then I can tell you that at least your Valve cover is not from an OBD0 engine lol.
take a picture because at this point it doesn't matter what year the car is or even what engine year it is. It could be an OBD0 car that someone converted to OBD1 or even vice versa. Also all b series VTEC distributors bolt up to each other so he could have an OBD0 motor with an OBD1 dizzy or vice versa.
Look at the code on the motor. Its under the B16A. I beilive anything starting ing 5xxxxxxxx is a Sir II. Sir I is 1-4 i beilive, google it and see what they say. Sir II is obd 1 and sir I is obd0
like the guy said above...the best way to tell is take a pic of the dizzy n plugs..that will determine the OBD..i believe OBD2 has one big plug, OBD1 has 2 plugs 1 is rectangle and the other is square i think, and OBD0 are both circles...i have all 3 Dizzy and that's the only way i can tell the difference..
