No crank...fuel pump won't prime
So my del sol didn't wanna start...it was working fine and all of a sudden won't crank and I noticed the fuel pump doesn't prime...no check engine lights and completely stock...any ideas? Thanks
Yes the starter won't crank...the lights work and also the stereo works...I double checked all the fuses...I even tried jump starting with jumper cables...the car is a 1993 del sol s
Start by testing the battery. If the starter won't turn when wired directly to a good battery, then the transmission ground wire or starter is bad.
When the key is turned to ON(II), do any of the cluster warning light illuminate? If not, check the ignition switch.

Dash lights turn on like normal...I was wondering why the fuel pump doesn't prime...I will check the tranny ground later today...thanks for the help

Check fuses 31 and 24 and the G101 ground wire on the thermostat housing, and resolder the main relay.
Thanks for all your help....cars fixed...I decided to check out what you guys told me going with the easiest and checking the grounds. The ground to the tranny was loose on the chassis...I bolted it tight and got in the car and fired up right away...
