Default Blox adjustable VS. fixed end links - Do both work?

I have a 99 civic ex coupe with an ASR rear subframe brace, 22mm USDM ITR rear sway bar, Skunk2 LCA's, and blox adjustable end links. Currently the end links are rusted to hell and loose thanks to New Yorks salted roads during winters. I can wiggle them.

I was going to get the same end links again but they're such a pain in the butt to adjust. I don't even know how to adjust them either. I just drive backwards onto some ramps to keep everything pre-loaded, make sure the end link arms are all 90º to each other/perpendicular/straight/level and bolt it all together. To save myself some time and headache (and I don't tune my suspension), I was thinking about just getting the Blox fixed end links. Does anyone have any reviews on these? Will they hold up fine?

Thanks in advance!

I would steer clear of blox products. Several users on here have said the blox endlinks don't last. Try energy suspension or some other reliable company.

Not following you.

Other companies? You can probably find any general parts website, or search in the sponsor marketplace for "endlinks"

Function7 makes endlinks, or has them made and they sell them under their name. Heim joints I think they're around $40.

Someone actually pointed out HardRace bushings to me and they make OEM replacement end links with hardened rubber. Has anyone heard of them? They're not too badly priced @ $53 + shipping.

I'm not looking to spend much for performance parts. I just want something that will hold up and perform well (over OEM). And these Blox adjustable ones appear to be garbage since I torqued them down nice and good when I first put them on and frequently checked them. I realize salt has an effect but I expected better than this.

I would trust any Hard Race product. Solid company.

I have blox adjustables front and rear, they lasted about a year before they started chattering, and making weird sounds while driving. They are in need of replacement, right now.

Hardrace products are great, they're one of the few compaines who have cheap yet quality parts.

F7, and ASR both make endlinks that will work just fine for you, however, you'll run into the same issue you have now. Sperhicals just wont last on the street, living in NY makes it much worse. but, they may last longer, I can't speak to that, as I don't live in NY or deal with salt. lol

or, you could build your own endlinks. Aurora(sp?) is the place I would go for this.

Giving the endlinks are good spray of WD40 every once in a while, will help out. This is what F7 reccomends doing.

Definitely not interested in building my own lol. I'm too lazy .

Thanks for the WD40 tip. How long is every once in a while? Once a month? Once every 2 weeks? I'll definitely keep that in mind. Is that a good idea in the winter too? During winter, I usually go through the laser wash and do the under body spray every week or two to help try to prevent rust.

I hit my bushings with some WD40 or some Silicone Lube anytime I hear a peep from my suspension.

it's really not difficult. lol. basicly what blox, and other companies do is assemble them.(Essentually a middle man) But if you take a look at your blox endlinks, one threads into the other, with a lock nut. It is truely very easy to do.

In the winter, I would deffinetly do it often, just to keep all the crap off of them. So maybe every week, or every other week.

I spray mine everytime I wash it. The rear is a peice of cake, the front is a bitch.
