Air research m10 wastegate port?

I bought a b16a with turbo kit mostly for the head and turbo kit.
I am unsure what that hole is for between where the oil lines g. stock wastegate?? Im unsure any help appreciated.

I dont think they had it hooked up besides oil lines.. So inlet(oil) on top outlet(oil) on bottom and only one coolant line?

no... theres one on the other side of the CHRA
