It doesn't look wrecked, so it is not twisted. It can be saved, but at what cost?
I will guess 10,000$ for parts and paint + 2,500 for the chasis. Maybe you should buy the one owner, black 01, irt w/109,000 miles for 12,500$ taht is listed on one of the honda/integra forums.
Then again, if you don't have all 12,500$ right now. Why not spend a couple of years piecing this one back together, as you accumulate money.

yeah, on the plus side is i do have a ton of parts from a previous build including an almost complete kswap, almost complete suspension, and a lot of interior. the biggest thing would be getting the front end put back together, just wasn't sure if it was past the point of repair.

well frame rails have to be replaced and quarter panel as well, way to much for that shell IMO
The frame rails were sawed off. It's junk.
It says clean title but as soon as you title it, your new title will say salvage. The insurance company would have put it through the DMV and there's no way of getting it clean again.
Of course the currently title says it's clean. It's a paper title. Not like it's wired to some network that updates the status...

lol yeah it blows, i was hoping to be able to get a front clip and match it up to what was left and have it professionally welded together at a body shop. it looked like it was cut almost at the very end where the front bulkhead would attach. I do agree that he is asking too much also, i think he may have relisted it so if it didn't sell i was going to make him an offer. I think i could deal with a salvage title as long as it could be insured for a reasonable amount. but i guess none of that matters, hate to know it's going to get crushed.
I'd buy it for a track ***** but not for $2500 with the front sawed like that. You could put a new front clip but ask yourself is it worth it or are you better off just buying a higher mileage R that has everything?
I almost, and i mean almost went to illinois to pick up this itR. I looked at how the front end was cut and decided it would be way too much of a hassle to try and line up a new front end. They didnt just cut the t-bar, they cut back on the frame side that bolts up the fender.
I wouldnt buy for 2500, i offered him 1500 but he wasnt going for it.
I still have his number if you want it.

thanks, yeah we will see. his email is on there, i may just email him and tell him to get back to me if it doesn't sell. haha and now he just raised the buy it now to $3000
That car can be rebuilt and welding a new front end would not be impossible. Just cut one off the million junkyard tegs out there. OP you keep calling it a parts car it is a shell. I did not see but a few parts that could even been sold. That guy(seller) is retarded. ^^^PYITR01 is an example of a solid deal.
I think you'll regret it man. I love to see an R restored as much as the next guy but you'll end up so heavily invested it wont be worth it. . I kind of went this route and I'm already invested as much as R's are going for nowadays with my restore. And I still need paint n body work
He contacted me about selling it after I posted a WTB for IL. When he said the price I really had to stop myself from laughing. I would value that shell at $500 MAX with a clean title. It's gonna require some serious work and parts to get it to the shape of a $3000 shell. You're better off buying a better cleaner starting point.
I do these front end repairs all the time, its something I would charge about 600$ to do for the metal work.
Past that tho, there are some of the most expensive parts missing. If you were building to what you want, racing seats, gsr motor etc would be a good shell but not for anything over 2k. All the oem R stuff would make the build cost to much.
If it was close to me, was around 1500-2000 I would probably pick it up for myself tho. In my neck of the woods, generally most tegs and ek shells pull min of 1k dirty or clean.
