Can anyone tel me what model or what car these springs fit for? Here's a pic of some serial numbers on the springs...any help would be appreciated

TBH you could email the numbers on the springs to Eibach's customer support they could tell you probably a bit quicker than most people on here. You've already waited almost an entire day. They've also got a 1800 number:

look like 2.25 that have a heavy spring rate.

It's a front spring for the Mercedes C-Class (W202 chassis). Lowers 1.2" from stock height.
