progressive sportlines????
I have a set of Eibach sportlines sitting in a box here. Labeled with 4.1740 R and F respectively for front and rea springs. All are labeled Sportline 19/94.
My question is, I thought Sportlines were progressive springs, if so why do my springs look like regular linear rate springs, all the coils are evenly spaced, do they look like that until they are installed? Am I just being stupid...
Also I did a search but couldn't find anything regarding springs rates. Tried searching here and google but didn't come up with the info, if someone could post it or point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Hey mps.
I think you're thinking of the Eibach Prokits which are progressive. The Sportlines are a linear spring. As for spring rates I'm not sure, I'd like to know also.
Hope this helps.

Re: progressive sportlines???? (Thunder)
Thanks. Guess I was confused. I was just reading some info on Eibach's website and in their description they mentioned progressive springs, and the picture showed longer front springs that had a progressive wind. Hmm, oh well...
I know the spring rates are lower than the prokits, even though the ride height is lower... Just would like to get specific numbers.
Thanks for the info though.
