Default Accord starts runs poorly, new coil, ignitor Help Please

Ok I'll try to be brief but there is a back story that will affect your replys. I have a 95 accord wagon ex, automatic, it has an f23ax from a 99 accord that i bought off my friend, I have put 10000 miles on it with no issues. He had the motor in a 90 accord lx, when I put it in my car I used only the longblock and distributor, which was from his 90 (the distributor), IM, tranny, header are all from the 95.

The other day I was driving and it randomly died while going about 40mph, had it towed home, and with help of my friend who is a honda tech decided it was either the coil or the ignitor. The coil was cheaper so bought one from the dealer and I put it in first with a new cap and rotor, they were old anyways figured it wouldn't hurt, went to start it and it didnt do anything. So I figured it must be the ignitor, I purchased one tonight from my local dealer and put it in, car wouldnt start again, messed with the plug wires a little and it will start but runs very poorly sounds like it is missing and barely idles, wants to die,

I am out of ideas and nearly out of money, need the car running asap, any ideas would be appereciated, my guess is I have the plug wires mixed up, but am unable to find a good diagram anywhere, also don't know whether I should use the 90 diagram or the 99 diagram.

Since the car died suddenly I doubt it's the firing order, unless your plug wires magically jumped off the distributor and attached themselves in different locations. Have you confirmed that the problem is a lack of spark?

Since your honda tech friend did not know how to determine if the coil or igniter was faulty and you replaced the cheaper of the two I question his ability.

The reason it died was the ignitor, that is solved, I cant figure out why it now will barely run, after fixing the initial problem, trying to figure out if it is related to the original problem or if 2 things happened at once and I only fixed one
