Icon6 Emissions test - failed at idle

hey i have a 2000 civic si, and i went threw emissions and i had passed 3/4 but i failed the idle. Any help on what this can be? i mean there no check engine light on or anything else. i have stock exhaust wit a test pipe and some headers (i know some places might fail automatically, but i have gone threw with friends to emissions and wit a test pipe and still passed) but regardless i also have a chipped p72 ecu that running rich. can that be the problem why i am not passing? or any other reasons why that am not aware of? .. thanks for taking the time to read. any feed back would be great!

Let's not guess. Post a picture of the inspection report.

HC - aka unburnt fuel - 381/220 (max ppm). Switch back to your stock ecu or a stock p72. You can try running lower octane fuel along w/ getting your cat really hot before going in for inspections.

if your trying to get away with no cat, try bumping up the idle speed some and adding a bottle of rubbing alcohol(90% not the 70% or wintergreen stuff) to like an eighth tank of gas

Also, when was the last tune up (plugs/wires/cap/rotor/ignition timing)? If it's been a while, start there after you install the right ECU.

This means it's time for a tune up.

yeah i think that is a good idea..but right now my best chances are changing the ecu back to stock and a tune up in order to pass?
