3"-> 4" stainless transition

Looking for a smooth transition from 3" to 4" stainless. Cheapest that i can find one is ~60 dollars. Any ideas where to look?

ATPTurbo has one as well, 3" vband to a 4" bare end, but it is not a smooth taper like that. It has a little bit of a bubble to it.

Yeah, i saw it, but I'd really like a smooth transition.
