Default 97 Civic Stalling out no low end torque

I have a 97 Honda Civic, 5 speed, AC, non VTech with 185000 miles. Burns about 1/2 quart oil per gas tank.

It stalls out from a dead stop with the AC on unless its revved to 2000 rpm or more. Above 2000 rpm it makes pretty good power. The problem has gotten worse as its gotten hotter.

Changed the IAC valve, fixed a bad manifold exhaust leak tried to idle it up by adjusting the accelerator cable. No help.

Is there something I am missing.

Had a water pump seize, break the timing belt, bent 14 valves and had it fixed. The problem started after that. Could it be the cam timing is off?

I am no mechanic by far, just trying to make a decision on what to do next.

There is a possibility that your mechanical or electrical timing could be off. I would check to make sure your car doesn't have VTEC first as I would hope it didn't have a phone on/ in it.

Did you figure out the problem? I'm having same issue after same occurrence. (Replaced head after belt broke)

I have top end like crazy an vtec cracks.
But,
No low end at all at a dead stop.

Idles funny too.
Gotta gas it alot more to get up from a dead stop but once at 50 thing ******* gets. Not sure wats up any feed back is great.
