Default :::::::::LO-JACK::::::::::

ok im getting my ITR soon but dont know when. Ive decided to get powerloc, auto-loc, and lo-jack. But my mom is being hard headed and she keeps saying how lo-jack has a monthly fee. I kept telling her that there was a one time fee. Then again she has to be right, she keeps saying stuff like "oh but lojack will charge you yearly and you wont even know it. The insurance might charge you for using the police tracking device. etc" Please help me members of honda-tech. Is there anything about lo-jack that i should know..any hidden fees? any links to the insurance where they might charge me some bullshit fees? after its installed...is it done for? no more payment bullshit? sorry for the long story.. thanks.

my second year of lojack, never received any extra fees other than the first one when dealer installed it. the only letter i received was to extend the warranty on the lojack...and what is that anyways? to guaranty that it works flawlessly?

I know there is no monthly fee for lo-jack. There is a new service available in the East coast called Lo-Jack Early Detection which can be charged monthly yearly, or just pay $250 and you get the Early Detection package. This is not available in the west coast yet until next year.

There are many flavors of Lo-Jack and you don't need the Lo-Jack OEM alarm either You can just get the sensor if you want.

Plain Lo-Jack: No monthly fee (you can pay extra to protect your lo-jack though...like those extended warranty thingies) (I don't remember prices now since they have gone up)

Lo-Jack Early Detection: $795 for system.
Service Fee Options:
One-time fee: $250.00*
Annual fee: $115.00
Monthly fee: $9.95

* One-time service fee is valid for as long as you own your LoJack Early Warning-equipped vehicle.

Autolock :$40-$60
no annual fee

Powerlock :$295 and then $100 installation ?
