We heard about a local company who make custom turbo manifolds in our area so we decided to check them out. They have a nice clean shop and the work they are producing out of there facility is quality work. So we ended up talking to them about our project and towed the car down to there place. In less than a week the car was ready to be towed back. So with that said we decided to start offering there quality turbo manifolds to our customers since they are not only local to us, but the turn around time and work they did for us was outstanding. Below is a lil information on there company as well as the products they are offering.

D.O.C. Race is an aspiring company in the High Performance industry that will be a household name among speed and swag addicts here in the Northwest. We are bleeding the streets throughout the entire country but definitely hit home here along the west. Our focus is heavily directed towards building top quality turbo manifolds for various vehicles including but not limited too Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Mitsubishi and Mazda street and race bred vehicles. Our fabrication capabilities are well beyond building just turbo manifolds though; we offer a range of hand crafted goodies that are made to order to suite any of your performance needs.

DOC Race manifolds are built in house by our highly trained and skilled fabricators who have years of experience. Our manifolds have been known to make over 900whp and are sold worldwide. Many manifolds have been sold to racers across the country competing in NHRA and BOTI SFWD class. We only use high quality 304 stainless steel tubing with a thick wall to insure absolutely no cracking or warping even under high horsepower applications. We custom make our own collectors which over the years have been developed with the lowest angle possible. This produces minimal exhaust turbulence which equals fast spool and high horsepower capabilities. All manifolds go through a major port and polish process to guarantee the absolute highest flow possible. Our porting process has been dyno proven over and over again to reduce lag as well as aid in peak power.

Twin scroll manifolds are designed to spool large turbos such as the GT42R very fast. So if you need fast spool, this manifold is for you. By dividing chosen runners you can achieve a much smoother exhaust flow which in return makes the turbo more efficient. Great mid-range and top end is also achieved. After all the welding has been done and cooled do you guys mill the flanges flat again? Seriously considering one of these manifolds if so.

 

It is unnecessary when the part is welded properly. I have seen there jigs in person, and I trust there experience. If you have a problem I will take care of it personally. I've had many brands of turbo manifolds, and these guys make quality parts.
