What is entry level street use? Are you lowering the car?

If you just need an OEM replacement go w/Monroe.

i would only use those shocks if you were using a stock honda/acura spring.
if you're trying to use some different springs, lower ones, i would save up some more dough for koni yellows. they are the only ones that will hold up. seriously. they're worth the money.

if you don't wanna spend that much for the yellows, run a stock spring if you dont want those koni oranges or tokicos to blow up. otherwise they wont last very long and your car will seriously ride like ****.

Isn't it bad when you wouldn't recommend either? I feel obligated to convince you to not waste your money and be a bit more patient when buying parts.

If you just need replacements buy Monroe like the above poster said. Otherwise be patient and wait until you can afford something quality. Trust me, I've learned the hard way and you'll be a lot happier in the end.
