EF motor
You didn't say what car you have... There is more than just one "EF" motor anyways. Also you could just look at the block ID about half-way down - transmission side - and figure it out yourself.

It's good you figured out your engine didn't come with a phone on it. WHY did you not just look for yourself to figure it out? If you are capable of changing the headgasket then... I am just going to sit back and watch for his "My car won't start/ I bL0 mAh cAhRz ooP y0" thread... Have fun!
1) take the head to a rebuilder. Have them check the head and replace any bent valves(which I bet money on). They will refurb it and resurface the head.
2) buy a new waterpump and tensioner - christ go ebay if you're lazy.
3) buy an adjustable cam gear - since the rebuilder will probably shave your head a bit, this will allow you to adjust your cam timing to compensate.
4) if you can't handle the preceding 3 points, then bring the car to a decent mechanic.
