Where can buy a harness that isnt mutilated or has extra pulgs hanging every where for a 2000 hatch, B16a and a P30 ecu?

H-T marketplace. You'll need a conversion harness if you want to run a P30 though, all of them were OBD1 or OBD2A. '99 - '00 Civics were all OBD2B or you could use a P2T (basically the same as a P30 but OBD2B.

 

believe the harness that was used was the stock D series one and they hacked it up to do the swap, and i have the jumper harness already. i just want a cleaner harness. would a gsr harness work?

GS-R harness wont work. It has to be a '99 - '00 Civic harness (Except HX) If you wont something that requires no modifications '99 - '00 Si harness is what you want, '99 - '00 EX is a close second. CX/DX/LX harness will work as well, but you'll need to add the vtec and knock wiring and extend the O2 sensor wiring.
