Default 1997 #0050 - where's my baby these days? ;)

So I'm sitting here toying with the idea of getting another ITR for autocrossing next season in DS and looking at my old busted key/alarm fobs and my spare key from my old '97 that I daily drove for years.

Any idea where it is and the mileage & condition? I sold it to a fellow from Boston that came down to NC and towed it back up north and it was sold shortly thereafter.

thanks!
Matt

Do it! 14 years later, we still own DS. Lots of mad Cobalt SS owners out there.

Of course man. Go for it!

Just seeing that photo of mine brought back memories, especially with the bra that required about 87 hooks to install.

Bought her January 1, 2009 with 97,xxx miles and last time I checked has 130,xxx miles. I daily drove her up until recently that I got my second ITR up and running to daily drive. So she'll stay home while I go off to school.
But she's been running like a champ. No problems at all.

Good 'ol #50

One of the reasons why I had to sell it was so Matt couldn't come knocking at my door to take it back

Just looking at the title of this thread, you can tell he misses her.

How is the hunt for a new R going?

No. The hard part was already done by the previous owner (irev210). He bought it from Matt and transported it to his parents house in Orange County. All I had to do was drive 6 hours there and a very happy 6 hours back

Glad to see she is still alive, I worry about the fate of my first one frequently.
