Default 98 Civic Fan Doesn't Work

So, I've been reading up on the forums as much as I can, but we're still a little confused to be honest. We have a 1998 Honda Civic, and we recently replaced the radiator. It had a huge crack in it and was leaking fluid constantly. So, after replacing the radiator, the fan was no longer working(it worked before we replaced the radiator).

We've replaced fuses, the fan motor, and the temperature switch, and still nothing. I read that there was a way to test the fan by using the battery, but how exactly do we do that?

What else could be the problem?

Start here:

Bleeding the cooling system may take 20-30 minutes:

1) Park the car on an inclined driveway with the front end higher than the rear.

2) Push/turn the dash heater lever/**** to MAX heat. Fan need not be on.

3) Follow the directions in the diagram below

You can check the fan circuit by unplugging the 2P connector of the fan switch located on the thermostat housing and then shorting the two terminals of the plug with a jumper wire. This will force the fan to run whenever the key is in ON(II).

So we did as you suggested and used jumpers to start the fan. It worked when we did that. Also tried switching out the relays, but nothing happened. What does this mean? Our new temperature switch is faulty too?

Since the fan kicked on it means the system is functioning properly (excluding the rad fan switch of course) you need to bleed the system properly, because it could have air bubbles in it. If that dont work then you can test the switch in boiling water, check continuity with a multimeter across the 2 posts
