Default 95 Honda Accord AC

Recently bought a 95 accord, and the AC does not work. I check the lice pressure and its at the recommended level. When the AC is turned on the compressor does not engage. I don't know if its the compressor, a fuse (where would this be at?) or i've been told it can be a switch somewhere as well. How would I go about figuring out the issue?

A manual and a volt meter would be two things to start with.

Next question, what was the static pressure on the low side?

It was in the green on the gauge, I think it was around 75 psi. It seems that the compressor is not engaging, so it might be that its blown =(
