Got an 03 civic lx and the left rear window stayed stuck all the way down. I checked the fuse, it was blown so I replaced it. As I reconnected the rear window switch the window started going up automatically without me pressing anything. Now the window won't go down. What could be wrong with it?

 

Sounds like you have a short somewhere. Inspect the switch. Also remove the door panel and look for exposed or otherwise abnormal wires. (melted, frayed, etc)
