What Car Would You Choose And Why
Depends on your location and the purpose of the car. If you want a dd for all year and have a shitty winter then get the audi. If you want a fun car/dd and live in a warmer climate get the s2k. If your a douche get the m3.
so youre saying everyone that has an M3 is a douche? riiiiight

I would be careful and shop wisely buying a 00+ m3, S4, C32 at that price. Most would be high mileage and if maintenance or major components aren't changed out yet, your going to be paying a lot more to fix things in the long run. Just remember German replacement parts cost more. I know this b/c i own both . GL ...
^Best post on here. I am in a similar boat but have alittle more to spend. I really want some kind of AMG Merc or M beemer but they are either just to pricey or the mileage has me really worried about what will break once I buy it. I say go with the S2000 because you can find them with low miles and generally they were babied by their owners.
Pretty much my only options with wanting to spend around that much money were pay for an S2000 outright, or put a good down payment on a used 370Z sport or Cayman S.
I think you need to give this a little more thought. You need to refine this list more, these cars aren't really even comparable. I can't even figure out what type of car you want to own based upon these choices, but I can say the s2000 doesn't fit in with the rest of your choices IMO.

From: TRILLINOIS....WAY downtown, jerky.
For $15k, any of the other 3 will be in really crappy shape. Plus the maintenance costs put those cars out of the same ball park as the S2000. You don't have to be well off to BUY one of the other 3...just have to be well off enough to OWN one of them.
I don't like maintenance costs. I like driving cars and having them not break. You get a lot more car for $15k with the S2000 than you do with some euro junk like the Audi which was sub par when it left the factory. Mercedes has also had a LOT of quality issues lately. The Bimmer is the only one of the 3 that I'd consider. But I'd have to accept the maintenance and high consumable item cost. Homie don't play that.

from that list and that money.....s2k
ps. i had 02 M3 and 08 A4, after M3 I didnt feel like getting S4 and bought A4 because could not find 335i that I was looking for
edit: 01+ M3s are very nice and I would take that over S2k, BUT reliability is an issue here. if you are not scared of that, get e46 M3, and i would get 02+ just in case.

If it was me, I'd go with the new Ferrari 458. It'd go nicely with my Bugatti IMO. Might be kinda hard to find for 15g though, but when you do find it, it'll be worth every penny I promise you.
I dont even have an S2k but reading through this..... fuuuhhhhhhh... so hilarious. hahahaah. and for sure that 458!!! Had a bmw 3 series.... not a good idea, depending on what you do for work. Parts are $$$. wait no.... more like $$$$$$. It was a real nice ride and all, but... It's just stupid though. Plus, once things started falling apart, the car just got annoying as hell. Honda is easier to work on too, imo.
In seriousness though, S2000 all the way. Being that this is a Honda forum/S2K thread and all....
I dont know much about the s2k but if I had $15k, I'd drop it on an AP2 instead of an AP1. just my opinion.
What I'm wondering is what you're driving now?
