Clifford 3.3LE - alarm arms/disarms but lock/unlock doesnt?!

Clifford 3.3LE - alarm arms/disarms but lock/unlock doesnt?!
just installed my Clifford 3.3LE alarm and everything fuctions: remote start works, the alarm arms and disarms, parking lights flash, alarm will sound...
The only thing that isnt working is my door lock/unlock actuators?? The actuators are wired up correctly and the alarm arms/disarms, but the actuators dont seem to be working?
Could it possibly be a programming issue with the system? Or something else?
ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!!

Does your car have factory keyless entry or after market actuators?
