car is a 95 LS auto stock 178k miles with new plugs, fuel filter, air filter, oil and oil filter... basically a full tune up. no leaks, temp is good and no vaccuum leaks. the car has a very low idle when in drive. i cleaned the fitv and iacv because once in a while the idle would fluctuate and thought this would be the fix. after i cleaned the iacv and fitv the idle would be fine in P but the second i turned it to D it would drop down to under 500rpm and stay there. i tried turning on the ac and the idle drops just as low and tries adjusting itself to 750-900rpm then drops again to 500ish. its as if its trying to reach the correct idle and struggles to do so. i pulled the ecu fuse and reset the battery and still have the same issue. during warm up and while in park, the car idles fine. its only when in a moving gear that this happens. idle isnt rough, just shaky from being such low rpm
