Bad shock sensor. Or the unit is really getting too hot. What zone is the unit reporting?
Mine just did the same thing yesterday, it's a Viper 350HV and it's reporting zone 1, I think, when I disarmed the system it chirped 3 times, when usually disarming only get 2 chirps.

If its reporting zone 1 then there is a onboard problem with the brain. Esp when there is nonething plug into that port.
I have my Backup battery, hood pin, hatchback glass and tilt sensor all tied into the Blue wire for zone 1, diode isolated. It has only gone off once for no reason and heat was a definite factor.
Guess I'm going to have to start looking at upgrading the brain sooner than I wanted, looking for a 2 way paging unit eventually.
