Hytech imo makes the best headers around when it comes that kind of work. They might not be cool anymore, lol... but the quality is by far the best I've seen.

I'm also in the market for a new header, as i'm selling my bisimoto. Its hard to believe there aren't anymore custom header makers around..

Danny from Six Sigma has a fast turn around time from my experiences.
SMSP is another good option.
