my car (92 civic SI hb) has a b16a 2nd gen obd1 b16a swap, p30 ecu no codes are being thrown, knock sensor etc. all wired up fine. car is running great except for the fact that whenever i come to a hill when it is warmed up the car loses all power, i know for low rpms it wont have much but it has none, also is getting terrible gas mileage (Vtec works fine, pulls great in high RPMs). as well not sure if it is related but gas gauge does not stay at the level when car is shut off it goes down to the bottom. has full magnaflow exhaust, new cat & o2 sensor is not coding and seems fine. any help greatly appreciated, as i am at a loss at this point, thanks
