Default b18swap in 94eg, have underdash questions...

So car is a 94 CX and engine is a 18b1... Has an integra cluster, looks like ****, doesnt fit, and I do not want it there anymore. So I purchases a stock underdash, pull the old hacked up one out and went to put the new in... its not plug in play. Looks like they used a full integra harness from the engine back... So what is my easiest solution..? I never dealt with a project that all it needed was fixing wiring so aside from sound systems, this is all new to me. Also, could these jank/cut up harness that is in now have any control over why I dont have turn signals and/or hazards? This is one of the few things left I need to fix. Again, sorry if this seems noob at all, I googled it with no luck. I literally have worked on hondas(almost a decade on/off) for years but have never had wiring issues like this project does.. Here are pics...
New uncut stock civic underdash + stock cluster

Look at all the cut and split ends... old harness

These main plugs don't line up with my civic underdash

Thew next two are the harness clips, first one is whats in and second one is the civic

below is the part number to the teg under dash fuse box, and the integra plug for the dash. other indicators, would be a headlight on dinger. part of your dash harness includes the hazzard switch, which is your problem for no blinkers.

honestly, i would pull the whole harness and re run it correctly. its a massive mess. grab any 92-95 civic dash and firewall harness. it will take about 2 days. you ill be happy.

Sorry, just saw you posted for some reason I never checked back till now. I'm going to mess with it when I garage it here in a month or so. I'm going to re run the whole cabin harness over. Preferably will run it extremely clean too and might even pull the carpet and pick up a bucket seat since it's not my daily. I plan on hitting the track a lot next year after the winter. I've been working on the daily for the winter to tie up some loose ends so I can put the hatch in the garage and start fixing all these nagging issues. Thanks again for the help man.
