Icon2 after motor swap engine wont start

hi guys, i recently finished a long project of swapping a jdm h22a with m2b4 trans into my 98 type sh. It cranks over and i can smell fuel. i believe it is not getting spark. On the original motor i had a crane ign system and a vafc. both of which I have unhooked setting the car back to stock. What am I missing?? I do have a couple connectors that are not connected, but only because there are no connectors to connect to.

I do have an obd1 computer with the correct harness.

any help is gratefully accepted

thanks

is the jdm motor obd2 or 1?
if the motor is obd1... you would have to swap the oil pump.. which has the holes for the connector that goes behind the crank gear..
or option 2:
run some wires to the cfk, (or is it cpk) to the distributor... (which you would need a 92-96 distributor model td61u) that has the sensor within it.

Pm me if your interested in these items... since i have them both..
I did these same swap, to get my car running. passed smog, with no problem.. at least in vegas.. however i'm building a g23 motor and i have since converted it back to obd2

yeah the motor is obd1, from a 1994 jdm h22a.

Dont quite remember having a loose connecter near the crank pulley, do you have any pics?

here is a pic of the few connectors that dont seem to match up

number 1 has a plug in it and when removed it will connect to number 2. not sure if i should connect these though

number 3 and number 4 are the same size/type of plug except for color, 3 is grey, 4 is green.

any one know what these are?

thanks.
