Integra CV boot popped loose

While I had the control arms removed on the front suspension of my G3 Integra (replacing bushings), I let the knucle on the drivers side drop a little too far, and it caused the inner CV boot to pull itself off the axle. That let it lubricate the axle, and while it will still stick in its designated spot, it moves fairly freely along the axle and lets a little bubble of grease out when it compresses.
Here's a pic of the boot from the bottom:

And here's from the top:

The clamp looks like it's still OK but I can't tell if the boot is damaged or if it's just covered in road gunk (2nd pic).
My questions:
Does this mean that the boot is damaged and needs to be replaced?
If not, can I just get a new clamp (like a hose clamp maybe) and tighten it back down?

Looks to me like the clamp is just weak. Easy fix would be a hose clamp buy usually when that grease starts to leak you cant stop it. I would just ride it and get a new one eventually. They are like 75.00 at most. Hope this helps
