Needs a new trans or needs to be rebuilt.

The whine was probably the converter going out. It's over Johnny...

Valves stick? Huh... no.

should have never bought it

your not going to be willing to pay for the trans to be rebuilt. If your having a tough time finding a trans...sell the car and move on

Yea our trannies aren't great. I had to get mine rebuilt. That was around 115k miles. I hope you didn't pay too much for yours.

It'd be probably much cheaper to just replace the transmission, unless you can do complicated automatic transmission rebuilds at home.

Yea, I remember a member giving me a link to a site where I could find parts for my EM2. I found a tranny like 5 minutes away from my house for like... 500$ I believe. and it was on 05 tranny with 60k miles or so.. Which isn't bad at all. All you would need is to get it installed. Maybe if you know someone or somebody that knows someone =P that could help you.

Mine came with a 3 year warranty. So it might vary a bit. But regardless it will probably be in the same price range as other shops.

price = $1850
