I cannot remove on of the four lug nuts, aftermarket anti theft type, from my left rear wheel. Nut seems frozen onto lug. Lug is turning I think. Nut came about half way off then I think the lug started turning.
I need suggestions on how to fix this.
1991 CRX SI with B16 swap.

back the lug off as far as it will go then tighten it again..keep doing this untill the lug comes off.

 

Impact wrench helps. replace the wheel bearing hub assembly ($40) once you get it off
