Default Clutch making noise...

1999 Honda Prelude base..
this tranny and clutch are on its 3rd motor
Clutch in and when I try to put it into gear..
note that my car is not even moving...
Clutch pedal also felt really soft and it is
extremely hard to put into gear.. any gear
note the noise is when I try to put into any
gear... It wasn't even all the way in and it makes
that winding noise.. Can anyone tell me what
it is? is it the throw out bearing, pressure plate?
