Will this setup allow the use of a factory ITR 15" Rim?

I don't know. Never test clearance with ITR wheels. If you have a 4x114 front hub I can use, I can re-drill or I am sure FastBrakes.com can re-drill them as well.

I had this same setup on my car a few years back, there is no way however that 15" itr wheels will clear the calipers. stock r brakes and wheels are super tight in clearance anyway. I always ran 16" wheels minimum with my old setup.

Only a few select 15" wheels will clear. I know 100% for a fact that the 949racing 6ul's will clear only because I have them.
