Default HELP! seized and stripped bolt

im trying to take off a bolt on the underside of my bike and the damn thing is stuck and stripped because of my numerous attempts. I've tried hammering on a smaller socket but it just spun around making the head even rounder and smaller. I've tried vicegrips but that just chewed up the head and made the head all jagged and somwehat smaller. and as far as lubricants and all those sprays go, i've sprayed almost half a bottle of wd-40 and liquid wrench. at this point, what started out as a 12mm bolt is more like a 10.340232mm bolt.

what can i do to get this thing off? I want to try everything i can before i send it off to the shop.

i use a hammer and chisel as a last resort. you can make little notches with the chisel then just hammer it in a counter clock wise motion.

good luck.

Thanks alot for the help guys.

I ended up getting a Craftsman bolt remover since hammer and chisseling seemed to tedious. It worked like a charm. Craftsman tools.

Now if I could only figure out how to get the remover out of the removed bolt...

easiest way that worked for me is:
get a easy-out, drill a hole according to the easy-out direction, punch the easy out in, use a tapping tool to turn, finished
