1995 honda accord bogging out at 3500 rpms someone please give me some advice

Icon6 1995 honda accord bogging out at 3500 rpms someone please give me some advice

just swap to a jdm f22b it rides smooth but at 3500 rpms it starts bogging out wont pass the 3500 on all gears and i just noticed my cat is turning fire red can that b the problem.......

The cat converter might be clogged. My car couldnt pass the 2500rpm and it was the crankshaft position sensor.

Possibly running rich, unburnt fuel is being burned in the catalyst, check for codes, if none pull the plugs and check the O2 sensor. Also disconnect the mid pipe before the cat, see if the catalyst still has that honeycomb like matrix. If not damage may have been done to the catalyst.

today i took the cat off and still not passing 3500 after i went to the junk yard got me a computer and got a vtec pressure switch now it goes up 4500 but still bogging out left car the at home till i got home about twenty min ago now the car starts up but immediately turns off and i just put on the old computer and still same prob

Check the fuel pressure regulator.Do you have any codes? Check the mechanical timing,overretarded timing will run rich.Check ignition coil.
