Brembo blanks. Best bang for your buck. You're actually hurting pad life and gaining very little from slotted/drilled rotors. When you modify the surface of the rotor you actually remove mass, therefore the rotors heat up more quickly.
All you're really gaining is initial bite, otherwise it's really a performance decrease.

Most of the time they take your name and phone number and they can pull it it.
exactly just try to give them the number and the name you gave when u bought the rotors cause they ask reguardless
OEM blanks or Brembo
drilled and slotted rotors are useless. they just look "cool" so people like you buy that crap.
Most of the time, theyre blank rotors that are drilled and slotted and usually crack.

Why are Brembo blanks the best "bang for the buck"?
What makes their iron blanks worth twice as much as chain store rotors with lifetime replacement?

Some of the cheaper rotors are made with pot metal as filler... Thus warping easier... It would be hard to warp brembo blanks, whereas, You spend the extra money, you wont be making a bunch of warranty claims...

Then go out and buy some good quality blank rotors, such as Brembo or Wagner. I'd suggest you find something that's not made in China but that seems to be impossible these days.

Also, stoptech has a really good tech article talking about rotor warping. Stoptech white papers. They say it is pad material unevenly transferred to the rotor.
Brembo blanks aren't expensive. If you think $60-75/set is expensive for a set of quality rotors I don't even want to know what kind of rotors you're buying.
Either pay for a set of quality brembo's
or buy 4 sets of cheap-o-rotors from advance/pepboys/etc and spend 2x the amount of money and 4x the amount of labor
OEM Honda pads and rotors will last a whole lot longer than they probably should. I've seen people get over 300,000kms out of a set of factory rotors. Also, cheap rotors will warp something awful.
