I just got a d16a6 for a good deal and also some p29 pistons almost free any body have some good recomindtions for other parts I should use like rods and spark plugs,head gasket I have searched am alot of people have no good recs

 

I always go for NGK spark plugs.

 

Ya,sorry ment witch ngk ones cuz the p29 are dome and some plugs will hit the pistons if i use the ones for the d16a6

 

Hmm im not sure about that. But what about a z6 headgasket.

 

Your on a track that will require tuning. LS rods, ARP rod and head bolts are key" cheap" ways to go. If you plan to go NA , judging by the high compression you will be working with, look at Exospeed or Bisimoto for cams.

I currently am running p29s/LS rod combo with a Race A6 cam and first version Bisi header. Currently looking to add an Endyn reworked JR blower. WITHOUT the blower , I am hitting 134whp/125tq.
