Anyone running Tein Flex Coilovers on their DC2R?
Im looking at grabbing a set and would like to know how they compare to the ITRs stock sussy....i enjoy throwing my car into the corners a fair bit :D
People tell me not to touch the ITR suspension, but i would love to make it handle even better than it does now. Would these be the best way to go?
Thanks

No idea on comparison to stock shocks. But Tein Flex are a tight set of coilovers. Handle great and have run them on my personal cars. They have good adjustability and are top quality coilovers. When it comes time to buy a set hit us up, we have the best pricing around on Tein.
Alright, thanks! If my research is correct, they are both damper and height adjustable? Anything else they can adjust?
Thanks
Thanks
Search suspension posts in this forum. Tein Flexs are certainly a step above the ebay/Taiwan coilovers, but I'd still choose Koni/GC over them any day of the week.
If your stock shocks are worn, a new set of Flexs will show an improvement...although I am not a fan of the springrates they come with.

Tein always has such conservative spring selection on their street suspension, though. I guess it doesn't matter if you're not tracking it.
I've got a set on my ITR and they are a great improvement in my opinion. Good quality
& were pretty simple to install, not to mention the option of the EDFC.
I've heard mixed opinions on the spring rates but I'm very happy with them. I haven't tracked the car with them yet but they're significantly stiffer than stock ITR springs.
It was either these or PIC coilovers and I went with these because the price was just too good to pass up. Good luck with making a decision.

Also, does anyone know if EG shocks/springs will be a straight fit into a DC2R?

eg shocks will not fit the rear LCAs b/c ITRs use pillow ball mounts for better handling. Change out the LCAs to Integra (or eg and lose your rear sway) and they will fit. I have tein flex on my R but preffer my Buddy Clubs that were on my eg. IF I had time I'd put my buddyclubs on my R..
