so i got a new motor put in with around 60000 on it and cylinder 2 is now misfiring after about a month i changed the spark plugs even tried an old ignition coil i had still misfires just cylinder 2 and its the only cylinder this started with my old engine cylinder 2 then all misfired with randoms replaced spark plugs ignition coils even the fuel rail but that engine was on its way out it was internal had 307k hopefully i can save this engine i dont know what it is but i hate any light that i have on at any time. 2002 civic si veloz 1.7 L has AEM air intake if that causes problems ? I dont know

 

Is the misfire code the only one you're getting? Try doing a compression test to see whether it's losing compression. If it is losing compression do a leakdown test to determine where it's losing compression.
